Only what you type into a form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name and trade, if you're applying for a trade card
• Whatever you write in the message field
• Whether you'd like to be listed on the fitter board

We don't ask for payment details on this website and we can't take payment through it.

To reply to your enquiry, to set up a trade card, and — if you've asked to be on the fitter board — to pass your business details to customers looking for a fitter. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started, or consent where you've opted in to hear about stock and clearance.

Nobody, other than the service that delivers the form to our inbox and our email provider. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't pass it to other retailers. If you've asked to go on the fitter board, your business name and phone number are visible to customers in the showroom — that's the point of it, and it's your choice.

Enquiries: two years, then deleted. Trade card records: as long as the card is active, plus six years afterwards for accounting. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.

We use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how people find and use the site. They are switched off until you accept them — you'll see a banner the first time you visit, and nothing is set if you choose Reject. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing your site data.

When enabled, these are Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. They tell us which pages get used and which adverts bring people to us. They do not tell us who you are. Pages with an embedded Google map may also set cookies from Google when that map loads.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello.roxinteriors@gmail.com and we'll deal with it within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
