Big brands, low prices
Clearance outlet
End-of-line and discontinued stock priced to clear. Bays change weekly and quantities are whatever is left, so it's worth a look every time you're in.
How it works
Genuine stock, not seconds
Everything in the clearance bays is first-quality branded product. It's there because a range was discontinued, a colour didn't sell, a container arrived with more than we needed, or a batch is short of a full crate. None of it is graded seconds and none of it is damaged.
The trade-off is quantity. What's on the bay is what exists, so it suits utilities, cloakrooms, splashbacks and smaller floors better than a full open-plan ground floor. If you need a big area, tell us and we'll check whether we can make the numbers up from stock.
- First-quality branded stock
- End-of-line and discontinued ranges
- Job lots priced to move
- Bays restocked weekly
- First come, first served — no reservations
- Ask about part crates and remainders
Worth knowing
Check the metreage first
Clearance quantities are fixed, so work out what you need before you fall for something. Bring your dimensions and we'll tell you straight away whether there's enough on the bay — and if there isn't, we'll show you the closest thing available in full quantity.

What is on the bay is what exists. Quantities are limited and it moves quickly, so ring to check before you travel for something specific.

If you're passing, look in. Clearance stock moves quickly and what's there on a Saturday often isn't the following weekend.
