Getting it home
Delivery & collection
Most stock goes out the same day. Free parking right at the door, local delivery across Calderdale and Kirklees, and nationwide delivery on tiles and bathroom products.
Collection
Pull up at the front and we'll help you load. Most lines are collectable same day. Ring ahead for anything over a pallet and we'll have it picked and ready.
Local delivery
Around Calderdale and Kirklees, priced on distance and weight. Usually the next available day.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver across the UK on tiles and bathroom products. Priced on weight and distance — ask for a quote.
Trade & site drops
Staged deliveries against a build programme for developers and multi-plot work. Tell us the schedule and we'll hold stock.
Worth knowing
A few practical points
- Tiles are heavy — a full pallet is roughly a tonne
- A hatchback carries about 4–5 m² of porcelain safely
- Buy the whole job in one batch — shade varies between runs
- Keep a spare box after fitting for future repairs
- Check for damage before you leave the yard
- 1200 × 1200 panels need two people to handle
Returns
Unused, full boxes
Bring back full, undamaged, unopened boxes with your receipt and we'll sort it out. Part boxes and cut tiles can't go back for obvious reasons. Special orders and clearance stock are non-returnable — we'll tell you clearly at the counter which category yours falls into.
Not sure how much to buy?
Use the calculator or bring your measurements in. Buying the right quantity first time saves a second trip and a shade mismatch.
