Most tile retailers buy from a UK distributor, who bought from an importer, who bought from the factory. Each step adds a margin. We import our own containers direct from Spain, India and Turkey, and we pay cash rather than financing stock — so there's no interest bill built into what you pay either.
It also means we carry ranges the national chains simply don't have. Book-matched onyx, 1200 × 1200 polished porcelain, marble effects you won't find in a shed — because we're not limited to whatever a distributor chose to stock for the UK.

No sheen, hides marks best. The safe choice for floors and wet areas.
Gloss
Reflects light and opens a room up. Best used on walls.

Full-size display runs rather than sample cards, bathrooms set up as finished rooms, the trade counter, and 20mm porcelain laid out at the front where you can see it in daylight.
